MCC Land will consider how to best utilize the enormous plot of land available, as well as how the architectural design will effect the future Tanah Merah/Bedok D16.
Both large and small families will benefit from the design and layout. Family space and living will be prioritized, as will co-sharing of private and public spaces, vegetation integration, common area design and concept, and, most significantly, an efficient and regular layout.
